I'm not sure what you are asking, but if you're looking for a Martial Art that teaches evasion of attacks as opposed to taking them on...Akido might be the one you're looking for.

Akido is all about redirection of energy flows. So when someone throws a punch at you, you're not blocking it, but instead sidestepping and redirecting it in such a way that the attacker either injures themselves (redirecting a punch into a wall) or throws themselves off balance which will allow you to subdue them

Practically every style can teach some form of evasion from an attack.

If you are asking for something that teaches how to "go with the flow" of an attack, then perhaps something along the lines of Aikido or Tai Chi or Jujutsu/Judo would be what you are looking for.

Evasive techniques requires both body (ducking, turning, etc) and foot-work (stepping away, and constantly moving, etc) without the need to 'connect' hands/legs with the opponent(s). In Chinese martial arts, the evasive techniques is embodied in the "Chuan" or flitting movement. "Chuan" is more developed in Baquazhang then in any other forms when no contact with the opponent's limbs are involved.

The art of common sense. You don't need an instructor to teach you situational awareness and avoidance. If you see a person or situation that looks dangerous, chances are, you are right; just walk the other way.

I would expect most arts would include some evasion training. I do TKD and we certainly teach some.
