Yup. Shamrock is too old. He's tough but the younger guys are more conditioned and more technically sound. I think Shamrock is an animal but heart will only take you so far. Plus I think Ortiz's last fight was too close for comfort and he wants to show that he can kick ***...and it's a bonus that it's Shamrock's ***.

I think it will be all Tito as he is younger, in better condition, appears to train a lot harder (at least from the Ultimate Fighter series)and was nearly embarrassed by Forrest Griffin in his last fight. However, I heard a rumor that Tito's knee was jacked up and that he would not be able to fight Shamrock in July (on MMA-Weekly.com). Does anyone know if this is still true or not?

I think Tito will win, he's seems a little bit quicker to the punch. I liked Frank till he opened his mouth on Ultimate Fighter! He's crazy! Took too many steroids and been hit in the head way too often.

these guys are both good and they've pr oven that. In a match and I think you would agree, it's anyone of the competitors' ballgame and condition during the match should be highly considered. The only thing I can say is that Tito's physic is (a little) dominating and power between two good fighters usually makes the difference.
